Very few trails have restrictions, so a hiking trail like Baldy Mountain or the trail to Monkman Lake can be turned into a mountain biking trek, with no one to say otherwise.

To the east is the Alberta border and to the west the Sukunka Valley. The total area is km 2 or nearly 2.
